Q: How will I know that my order has been received?

A: You will receive an email after placing your order with an order confirmation number.

Q: Do you accept phone orders?

A: Yes. You can place an order over the phone Monday-Friday 9am-5pm (CST) by calling (409) 504-5700.

Q: Can I change or cancel my order?

A: We want to make sure you receive your package as soon as possible. In order to do this, we have an automated system that sends your order directly to be packaged and shipped. Unfortunately, in order to do this it means no changes or cancellations can be made once the order is placed. If you have any questions regarding this, please call us at (409) 504-5700.

Q: Can I change or add to my order once it has been placed?

A: No. You must place a separate order for any additional items you would like to purchase.
